Cancellation Policy

At A&M Physiotherapy, we aim to provide high-quality care while respecting the time of both our clients and practitioners. To manage our schedule fairly and efficiently, we ask that all clients observe the following cancellation terms:

 

1. Free Cancellation (48+ Hours Notice)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any charge.

 

2. Late Cancellation (24–48 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

 

3. Short-Notice Cancellation (<24 Hours Notice) or Missed Appointment

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or non-attendance without notice, will incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events may prevent you from attending. In such cases, fees may be waived at the discretion of the treating physiotherapist. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

 

5. How to Cancel

Appointments may be cancelled by phone, email, or via our online booking system (where applicable). The time of cancellation is recorded based on when the notice is received.

 

6. Your Rights

This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws. It does not affect your statutory rights. If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and you will not be charged.
